Gmail messages
Messages from the authorised account, within its granted scope and plan caps. A mailbox name does not imply an unlimited copy.
Calendar events
Events visible through the authorised calendar access. Plan caps and source availability apply.
Contacts
Conditional on the granted Contacts scope. Missing scope remains a visible gap in the saved copy.
Coverage depends on account access and plan limits. A completed saved copy is the milestone that matters.

New purchases for personal gmail.com accounts are not open.
Read the account and authorisation requirements
When setup opens, Workspace capture requires an active subscription, your Google source connected and switched on, and administrator approval for this customer’s Workspace account (domain-wide delegation). Capture is limited to the single account that uses your purchase email.
Google sign-in alone does not grant backup access. After checkout, the purchase email identifies the Airgap sign-in; source authorisation is a separate step.
