Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use the public site at https://www.airgap.bot, use the airgap service, or pay for a subscription. By doing so, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

airgap makes backup copies of connected Google, Notion and Airtable data and stores them in Cloudflare R2 object storage that your AI agents are not meant to have keys for.

Restore is carried out by a logged-in human in the browser. Rollback writes beside live data into a folder, label or equivalent named Restored by airgap/. As a matter of product design, rollback does not overwrite live data.

3. Account and connection

You use your purchase email to identify your account. Connecting codes are for CLI login and are not restore secrets. Keep your credentials, sessions and connected service permissions safe.

You must have the right to connect any Google, Notion or Airtable account, workspace, domain, base or data source you connect to airgap.

4. Fees and cancellation

Fees are in USD and billed through Stripe. Current monthly prices are $5 for Google up to 10 users, $25 for Google for 11-100 users, $2 for Notion and $2 for Airtable. Stripe Link may be available at checkout.

You can cancel anytime. Refunds and cancellation rights are handled through Stripe and applicable law. If you are a UK consumer, your statutory consumer rights still apply.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• abuse, overload or try to bypass Google, Notion, Airtable or airgap APIs;
• use the service to back up data you do not have rights to; or
• try to access, extract, restore or interfere with another customer's copy.

6. Important limits

Backups can fail. The service is not a substitute for the source system remaining available during first sync. We are not an insurer, and the marketing line "Insure the data they can still delete" is not an insurance contract. We do not pay money claims because data was deleted, changed or unavailable.

We design the service so agents do not get restore keys, but we cannot guarantee an agent could never reach a copy if you store keys, sessions or credentials on the same machine or environment as the agent.

Our liability to you is capped at the fees you paid for the service in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Governing law and notices

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access for non-payment, abuse, security risk or material breach of these terms. You may cancel your subscription. After the service ends, we delete snapshots on the retention clock described in the Privacy Policy.
